Ellen MacDonald is the operations director for Reach Institute’s Teacher Induction and Instructional Leadership Academy programs. She completed her Master’s degree in linguistic anthropology in 2012 and moved to the Bay Area in 2013. While earning her degree and afterward, she worked for Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes where she gained both experience working with students in a one-on-one environment and a commitment to ensuring that they receive great instruction from their teachers.
