Facilitation Certificate Program

Reach believes that high quality ongoing professional learning is a critical factor in improving schools. However, teacher leaders are often asked to lead professional learning communities without being given the training and support to develop their own skills. In the Reach Facilitation Certificate Program, you will be introduced to adult learning theory and research-based professional development frameworks, as well as engaging in on-the-job practicum assignments designed to develop your facilitation skills.

Facilitation Certificate holders will be able to design and build effective professional learning trajectories within their own communities of practice, and will develop a toolbox to analyze and effectively respond to challenging facilitation situations.
