Courtney Bell is a native of Fairfield, California. Courtney received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy at California Southern University.

Courtney has a wide range of administrative, media, and operations experience gained by working in a family-owned enterprise with Fortune 100 clients at an early age. Prior to joining Reach in May 2013, she provided administrative support to an Academic Dean and the Dean of Student Student Services at Merritt College in Oakland. In her brief time away from Reach, Courtney offered assistance to a non-profit organization specializing in aiding Veterans, and also administered behavior interventions to children with Autism. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys playing with her dogs, Beauty and Cookie, traveling, painting, playing the piano, reading, and gourmet cooking.
