Associate Dean Carol Johnson Williams is director of the Instructional Leadership Academy and member of the Reach University faculty. Carol has extensive experience in literacy, coaching, and school leadership in public schools. She holds California administrative and PK-Adult teaching credentials; a Masters in educational leadership with emphasis in Social Justice and Equity; and is a Doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership.
